How To Be A good and A better Rapper "Emcee/Femcee"

To be a good rapper there are some things you need to get used to "n" Things you need to stop doing_

 

__________________THINGS YOU NEED TO DO____________________

1. Words Grabbing/Words saving_- You need to get used to reading new books,magazines, novels, news papers e.t.c because it explores you to new words that you, you can also do word plays with them also you need to look up the new words in order to know their perfect meaning and how to use them in  a sentence;
Tip- it helps you alot when writing or offhead freestyling.

2.Style_- Bro/Sis you need to start looking for your genuine style of rhyming and rap style,"Style of Delivery" because you will only help in promoting your Fav emcee/femcee you are rapping his/her style, no matter how good you are in what you do..
Tip- You can be me and still be you..

3.Freestyling- You need to make freestyling your habbit because it brings a hell of a help to you in knowing how to control your breath when to tune your voice on soundtracks while recording.
Tip-download used instrumentals and freestyle over it and see how nice you've become in what you do.

4.Writing- This needs to be on your every To-Do list because it helps alot and writing everyday makes you a good Lyricist and "wizard" in writing because it enhanced your brain  to more stuff you thought you know of, if you write so good butt can't/couln't deliver it well then you need to start doing the writing inside your head and verse cramming works well for you in that aspect..you will be surprise to know that some of the best rappers you adore their lyrics ; Jayz,Lilwayne and notorious never write their lyrics down on paper so no need for you to be discouraged..keep your head up and do what you do and i hope to buy some of album soon..
Tip-it will be easy for you if you start recognising your rhyming  and rap sense..

5. Body moves- when you go to shows to watch your favorite emcees/femcees perform you always notice they do styles with all their body what you always see them do with their body is what they call "body message","swag moves" "connect with me",,They always do that in order to connect with all their audience whenever they are performing on stage because the number of your audience determines how successful you are in the music scene "industry"..
Tip-do it when  freestyling, close your eyes and see how you good rap..

____________________Thing You Need To Stop Doing____________________

1. Killing your own musical spirit- You somuch need to stop doing because how you see yourself determines your selfesteem; if you belittle yourself toomuch you can never become your dreamself no matter how hard you work, Not that being too proud takes you to lots of high places but you need to optimise yourself mentally and see yourself as somebody who can do whatever you are passionate to do and put your God first in all things you do..
Tip-be around positive people connect with them and get the postive vibes please don't try drugs it kills you..

2.Trying to be like other Emcee/Femcee- This makes you fake because nobody will see you as real, you can love what a particular Emcee/Femcee does but you don't have to be the emcee/femcee because when you rap like someone else people will say that you are only good at immitating the person and because of that they won't patronise you and that's where "you fall before you rise" but that doesn't mean you can't do what the person does  in your  own genuine style "2pac (Makaveli) and Immortal technique" did/ do controversial rap songs but they don't sound the same "not even close" so you need to learn from that and also stop putting rapsongs on repeat because the brain captures sound more faster than gas catching fire...
Tip- listen to all the good emcees advice...

3. Claiming to be what you are not or claiming to have what you don't have- As an Emce/Femcee you need to be real, don't claim to be what you are not or to have what you don't have because you don't know what it will result to at last, its possible that other emcees might beef/diss you or ask/persuade you to show off all you claimed to have or go to the extent of finding out who you truly are and that alone can make you lose all your  street creds' your used to be core fans might start to rate as a fake emcee and that's when lose out early because you couldn't sell a records..
Tip- Mind you the music scene (music industry) is a "battleground" every wants to be the last man standing and I'm so sure you don't want to fall before you stand..

Bonus--- Stop thinking that being on drugs makes you a better Emcee because it doesn't it only makes you stupid on tracks, makes you shout like mad on tracks and it also makes you do it more often and that's when you get addicted to it and then it ends you up dead or in a rehab or leaves you homeless in the street........
